With Sponsored Listing, companies can invite trusted advertisers to a dedicated dashboard that allows the advertisers to create campaigns, manage campaigns, and view campaign analytics.

Advertisers can only view and access their own campaigns, items, and analytics. Companies can add advertisers and invite users for those advertisers from their Constructor dashboard.

Add a new advertiser and invite users

1. Select Workspace in the side menu of the Constructor dashboard, then select Sponsored Listings.
2. Select the Advertisers tab at the top of the page.
3. Select + Add Advertiser to the right of the advertiser search field.
4. On the pop-up, complete the following fields:
   • Catalog brand: Use the drop-down menu to select a brand from the list provided, or use the search field to find a brand.
   • Advertiser account name: The advertiser name will automatically populate to match the name from the Catalog brand drop-down list. You can edit this name if desired.
   • Users: Enter a list of email addresses for the users you wish to invite. Separate each email by a comma to create individual email tags. If you need to remove an address, select the X to the right of the address.
5. Select Send invite in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up.

Users will receive an invitation email at the addresses you entered. This email includes a link that will allow them to set their account password.

Invite users for an existing advertiser

1. Select Workspace in the side menu of the Constructor dashboard, then select Sponsored Listings.
2. Select the Advertisers tab at the top of the page.
3. Select the name of the advertiser for whom you wish to invite users from the list provided.
4. Select Invite New Advertisers on the right side of the page.
5. On the pop-up, enter a list of email addresses for the users you wish to invite.
   • Separate each email by a comma to create individual email tags. If you need to remove an address, select the X to the right of the address.
6. Select Send Invites in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up.

Users will receive an invitation email at the addresses you entered. This email includes a link that will allow them to set their account password.
