Are there any password requirements for user accounts?

Yes. At Constructor, we are extremely serious about security. This applies both to our own infrastructure as well as access to the Customer Dashboard. Each Customer Dashboard user account is required to have a password associated with it for authentication purposes.

The password requirements are as follows:

• At least 12 characters long
• Contain at least one lower or upper-case character
• Contain a number
• Contain a special character
