Yes. There are three ways to do this:

Create and slot a Collection via the API

Slot items after a collection has been created by using a CSV

This CSV can be downloaded by going to Collections, selecting the Searchandising icon next to the Collection > Add Rules > select Slotting > select the Upload icon > download the CSV.

Slot items after a collection has been created directly in the Customer Dashboard

This can be done by going to Collections, selecting the Searchandising icon next to the Collection > Add Rules > select Slotting. You can either add items to each specific slotting position or drag and drop items as needed.
