Template types

In general, the Connect CLI has three main types of templates: mapping, transformation and grouping.

Each template type is optional and its implementation depends on which connector you're using. For instance, the mapping template is only available with the Omni Connector, and the grouping template can be used optionally.

As for transformation templates, there are three possible templates to be used:

• Item
• Variation
• Item Group
