Platform connectors
Constructor offers an ecosystem of platform connectors that enable you to integrate with other platforms and automate actions such as importing your catalog data. These connectors are built by either Constructor or our partners and are available for you to sync your catalog data from other platforms to Constructor.
What is a connector?
A connector is a product powered by Constructor that is responsible for fetching and transforming platform data into a format that Constructor can understand. All of our connectors rely on our connect ecosystem, a powerful set of tools to allow you to handle your catalog data in a seamless way.
One key aspect of this ecosystem is the Connect CLI, which is a command-line interface tool that can be used to interact with connectors to customize them to your needs.
How do I run a connector?
Connectors are handled in our infrastructure - this means that you don't need to worry about running them yourself.
You simply need to meet the requirements to use a specific connector (for example, have an account at the platform) and perform the setup instructions as indicated in the connector's documentation.
How to get started using a connector?
To get started with a platform connector you need to:
- Find the connector for the platform you want to integrate with.
- Follow the instructions in the connector's documentation.
