Monitor pod performance

Monitoring the performance of Recommendation pods is critical to successfully implementing recommendations and closing the feedback loop between chosen strategy, implementation, and results on site.

For more detailed analytics you can navigate to the analytics tab and select recommendations. In this view, you can see the overall performance for all recommendation pods with metrics like impressions, clickthrough rate, and add-to-cart rate. Additionally, the table below shows this same information per pod as well as the top items clicked on within recommendation pods.

If desired you can click into the chevron at the right side of each pod listing to see these same metrics for the specific pod in question along with the number of clicks per item within the recommendation pod.
