Delete all refined filter rules.
Caution
This endpoint will delete the entirety of the "refined filter" object for the given key and value. This means that both result searchandising and facet configuration configurations will be deleted. In order to delete the rules for only one specific section, consider using the delete rules API for either results or facets.
